At NewGenperformance, we believe in inclusive design. All our athletic wear, from tops to bottoms, is created with a unisex fit. This means our sizing is consistent across all genders, providing a streamlined and comfortable experience for everyone.
How to measure yourself
To find your best fit, grab a soft tape measure and follow these simple steps:
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, standing with your feet together.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle on the inside of your leg.

Use this chart to match your measurements with our NewGenperformance sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or down for a more compressed fit, depending on your preference.
